Charles Morris Young (1869 - 1964) Charles Morris Young was born in Gettysburg, PA in 1869. He attended the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where he studied with Thomas Eakins and then attended the Académie Colarossi in Paris. While in France in 1903, he had the opportunity to spend time in Giverny. He was a member of the Philadelphia Art Club and an Associate of the National Academy of Design.
